Police Investigate Vandalism to New Home Construction Sites

Fort Collins Police, in cooperation with Larimer County Sheriff’s Office, Timnath Police and Loveland Police, are investigating numerous incidents of vandalism to new homes under construction within the area (see attached map).

At least 18 homes have sustained significant damage, including broken windows; damaged or destroyed cabinets, countertops and appliances; and paint poured over floors, walls, and appliances. The amount of damage is believed to be over $160,000 with several estimates still outstanding.

Police ask that citizens who live in or near areas with ongoing new construction immediately call 911 to report suspicious vehicles or persons, especially during nighttime hours.
