Front Range Community College is offering a $1,000 reward for information that leads to the arrest of those involved in recent bomb threats to the college’s campuses in Fort Collins and Longmont.

On Monday, the Fort Collins campus was briefly evacuated when graffiti was discovered in a bathroom stall indicating that there was a bomb on campus.

Monday’s evacuation came on the heels of another evacuation on the Fort Collins campus Friday.

A student named Sebastian Pimentel-Calvo posted a video Sept. 18 on social mediathat mimicked the shooting of both an FRCC professor and student. Campus was evacuated.

Meanwhile in Longmont, a bomb threat was found on a wall on Wednesday. The campus was evacuated as a precaution.

No suspicious devices were found following searches at both locations.

“We take bomb threats very seriously,” FRCC President Andy Dorsey said. “They are crimes, which can carry serious punishments, up to and including time in jail.

“Both proved to be hoaxes, but the college had to evacuate the campuses to ensure the safety of the students, employees and visitors.”
