On September 23, 2016, at approximately 5:30 pm, the Timnath Police Department received a report of a suspicious vehicle parked in a local farmer’s field. The field is located north of East Prospect Road and Larimer County Road 5. When the Timnath Police Department approached the vehicle they found a deceased body in the vehicle. Larimer County Sheriff’s Office immediately responded to assist Timnath with the scene.

At this time the Larimer County Sheriff’s Office has taken the primary role in the investigation and Timnath Police Department will be assisting. The deceased body is being investigated as a homicide.
